West Virginia TVRJ Daily Incarcerations under Scrutiny: Uncovering the Alarming Trends

These inmates are largely Black and Latino, confined after conviction for non-violent crimes in not-probation violators. According to West Virginia's corrections officials, a critical transformation in policies could be just around the corner for reducing TVRJ's reliance on locally managed incarceration, just to name one step towards these State-run facilities being rumored to be one ray of hope for freedom for some nonviolent crimes offenders.
